Spacious rooms, helpful staff, comfortable bed, convenient location. Useful amenities, tea, onsen, good quality shampoo. Staff sells stamps and sends postcards. Large lobby with tables, sofas and a small shop. Vending machines with drinks, food, microwave nearby.
For us it was ideal.

The location of the hotel was inconvenient as there were no trains to nearby attractions and the nearest convenience store was quite far away. there were coin-operated washing machines and coffee vending machines available on the ground floor. The room lacked modern amenities such as access cards and a Netflix option on the TV even though the room was spacious. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and the onsen was serviceable.
The hotel was outdated and the facilities were old.

the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a desk to work on. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. the location was ideal, close to several restaurants and vending machines for snacks and drinks. Plus, the hotel had a lovely onsen for me to relax after a long day of work.
The hotel had a few minor setbacks, such as the noisy fridge in the room and doors that slam shut. although the hotel had great amenities, such as a small shop in the lobby and a helpful staff, it could use some updates in terms of decor.

I loved the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed and useful amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent including the cozy onsen, lobby with a small shop and plenty of seating space, and coffee vending machines on the ground floor. The location was convenient with transportation nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
All good, nothing negative to mention.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with a satisfactory onsen available. The staff was friendly and professional. We liked that there were vending machines and a small shop in the lobby for convenience. The location was also great, with easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants.
The hotel was quite outdated and in need of renovations. The television was small and without any modern options for entertainment. Additionally, there were no water refill points in the hotel nor bottled water provided in the room. While the staff was friendly, we did not enjoy the fact that the hotel still uses old fashioned keys instead of access cards. it was a disappointing experience.
